Our goal at A Moment In Time Photography, Inc is to meet and exceed your expectations from the start!

We stand by our prints and will guarantee them 100%.  Please email us here or call us at 330-416-7980 immediately if there is any discrepancy with your order.  You may return it to the address below within 14 days of receipt to receive a free replacement or a full refund of the print price.  You must inform our staff via email prior to shipping a return to receive proper instructions and authorization.

Refund/Exchange For Custom Wedding Albums

Due to the custom designed pre-approved nature of these services, there are no refunds or exchanges on any custom album orders unless:

1.  A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours after receipt.

2.  Damage occured during shipping, in which case a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier.  The damage must be reported to us immediately upon receipt.     

3.  The order was erroneously processed compared to the original pre-approved order.

In the event that an assignment cannot be completed in whole or in part due to an Act of God or nature, fire, equipment malfunction, and/or other cause beyond the control of the parties, the studio's liability shall be limited only to a refund of any deposits paid.

Any claim relating to A Moment In Time Photography, Inc's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
